Please note that all Catering Requests require a 24 Hour Notice in advance. While we require a minimum of 15 people for catering, please contact our catering department at catering@aromascoffeeco.com if your party does not meet this requirement so we can further assist with your order. The customer's approval of the quote is required before we can proceed. For each business day, the cut-off time to place orders is 2 pm. We deliver Monday - Friday from 6 am - 6 pm. We currently do not offer weekend catering.

As we look forward in our next business venture, we have stepped into the Catering Industry here at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. We are excited to bring a fresh, healthy, and tasty catering menu that our doctors, nurses, volunteers, and visitors can enjoy!
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. An 85% refund will be granted once the written request is received. Minimum of two business days prior to the event. If a written cancellation request is not received within two days prior to the event, the registrant will be liable to pay the entirety of the charges. Any requested changes needed to made to the order, must be made within two business days prior to the set event date.
Clients may request items from outside vendors using their GL allocation. Our team can handle the full process, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery.
A 30% markup will be applied to all outside vendor orders to cover coordination, logistics, and service.
